据报道，相关部门近期将会发放卫星互联网牌照。资深技术专家表示，牌照发放意味着我国卫星互联网商业运营迈出第一步，但要实现像星链那样提供卫星互联网服务，仍需2到3年时间。糖心

这场太空基建加速战的背后，是全球低轨卫星资源的激烈角逐。根据国际电信联盟（ITU）规则，卫星频率和轨道需在申报后七年内完成部署，否则将面临规模缩减。我国GW星座2020年9月提交计划后，需在2029年9月前发射约1300颗卫星，而SpaceX星链已部署超7600颗卫星，全球用户突破600万，2024年营收预计达82亿美元。在此背景下，我国卫星互联网建设明显提速，除中国星网主导的GW星座规划1.3万颗卫星外，上海垣信的千帆星座计划发射1.5万颗，吉利时空道宇等民营企业也在加速组网，形成 "国家队+地方国企+民企" 的多元发展格局。
